Users must ensure the legality, truthfulness, and accuracy of the information they provide, introduce, and update to the Platform, and Users are fully responsible and exempt BNI VN from any obligations and liabilities arising from the User's violation of these terms.<\/p>

BNI VN collects and uses Users' personal information for appropriate purposes and in full compliance with the content of this Policy, specifically as follows:

\u2013 Users have the right to access and verify their personal information directly by contacting BNI VN's support department to have their information checked.
\u2013 Users have the right to access, edit, and modify certain information by contacting BNI Vietnam's support department directly to make adjustments and edits.
\u2013 Users have the right to contact BNI VN's support department directly to delete or cancel certain information.
Please note that deleting or destroying User information does not mean the complete deletion of all User information and data from BNI VN's database and storage. Accordingly, BNI VN retains the right to store a certain amount of User information and data necessary to provide services, support, or comply with BNI VN's legal obligations, or to resolve disputes related to the User, or to protect the legitimate interests of BNI VN, the User, or any third party.<\/p>

7. Secure payment<\/strong>
Users should complete transactions according to the payment instructions on the Platform. Upon completion of payment, please note that the VAT invoice will be sent to your email after the program ends.<\/p>
